Customer Review:

Look ma, no more wigs! (a frog turned to princess story)

I’ve always battled hair problems since I was a teenager. I have very kinky dry hair which I straightened by using a ton of hair relaxers and all those kinds of products which of course is not only bad for the hair but also the environment. Which brought me to my predicament 2 years ago. You see, as a result of doing all those stuff to my hair, it became extremely damaged and I even had bald spots all over my head. Needless to say, I looked like a cancer survivor who have also fought some tribes and got totally scalped lol…yeah, it was really that bad.

I lost my self-esteem and turned to wearing wigs which of course damaged my remaining hair not to mention made me look like Donald Trump lol. I was dateless, and scared sh!t of going out for fear some kid might point at me and scream “the martians are cooominggggg!” Kidding aside, I was in a really bad (and nearly bald) shape :( That was when I saw in a TV show the wonders of Castor Oil, so I did some research and chanced upon the reviews for Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil.

Well, I was already looking like a radiation victim so this shouldn’t hurt me was what I said to myself. I ordered it at amazon and I was surprised that it actually comes with an applicator, and when I opened it? Oh my! The scent was so enticing, nutty and earthy, you can judge from the scent alone that this Castor Oil is made is with all the goodness of mother nature.

So there I was, in front of my mirror, looking at this little brown bottle of Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil and praying that it has the powers of a fairy godmother. “Here goes nothing”, I said to myself, so I applied the oil to my bald spots and to the ends of my hair every night for a few weeks. What is great about this is that a little goes a very long way, and I can even use it with my head in a wig. I admit I didn’t really have much faith in it but after just 2 short weeks, I noticed a miracle right in front of my eyes, I can see hair growing on my bald spots! I said, “hey don’t get too excited, maybe it is just a fluke” but after 1 month, the hair is there, growing proud and strong! Wow!

I was so ecstatic so I researched more about the uses of Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil and was so impressed that it is also great for skin conditions. I tried using it on my face, elbows, and also as a make-up remover. After 3 months, my skin is glowing with health and co-workers are wondering what happened to me to look so ‘blooming’. My hair continued to grow and after a few more months, I completely ditched the wigs.

People who have last seen me when I was still in my post-apocalyptic days can’t believe the transformation. I’m no looker but hey, this Castor Oil product transformed me from a froglet to a princess! Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil is like the fairy godmother only better, because I always have it with me on my purse lol.

No princess story is complete without meeting prince charming right? So I went to a local cancer survivor group to donate my wigs since I won’t be using them anymore (thanks, Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil). As I turned over my wigs to the lady at the reception, prince charming came forward and asked me “is this yours?” holding one of my wigs (it was like the scene in Cinderella, only its not a glass slipper but a wig lol) so I meekly said yes and I reached out for it…our hands brushed against each other and maybe he was either mesmerized by the softness and smoothness of my skin or my oh so luscious looking crowning glory – he asked me out. And the rest, as they say, is history :) Ahem, I mean Tropic Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil
